About these terms
This website is run by Ian Waddington, an independent artist trading as Wadart, based in Preston, Lancashire. By using the site you accept the terms below.
Artwork listings
Every piece shown is an original. Prices shown are guide prices, not a binding offer to sell. Availability changes, and a piece marked available may already be under discussion with someone else. Colours on screen will never match the piece exactly.
Enquiries
Enquiring about a piece on WhatsApp is not a purchase and does not reserve it. A sale is only agreed once Ian confirms it directly with you.
Commissions
Commission work is agreed case by case: subject, medium, size, price and timescale are settled between you and Ian before work starts. Because each piece is made to order, commissions are not returnable once complete unless the finished work materially differs from what was agreed.
Copyright
Ian Waddington owns the copyright in all artwork shown on this site and in the photographs of it. Buying a piece transfers the physical artwork, not the copyright. Please do not reproduce images from this site commercially without asking first.

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
